Chocolate Banana Bread Recipe

So, no, I haven't made this yet, but one of my friends posted it on a forum that I participate in... and it sounds so yummy, well, who am I to deny it to anyone! So, if you try it, please leave a comment to let us all know how it went!

Chocolate banana bread

Ingredients:

1 stick Butter (softened)

1 cup Sugar

2 Eggs

3 Ripe Bananas

1 tbsp. Milk

1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

2 Cups Flour

1 tsp. Baking Powder

1 tsp. Baking Soda

1/4 tsp. Salt

1 cup Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease loaf pan.

In a small bowl combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; set aside. Cream butter and sugar; add eggs one at a time In a separate bowl mash bananas and mix with milk and cinnamon. Add banana mixture to creamed mixture. Add flour mixture and mix until just combined; set aside.

In a microwave safe bowl microwave chocolate chips for 90 seconds or until melted, being careful not to burn. Add 1 cup of banana bread batter to melted chocolate and mix.

Pour batter into loaf pan; alternating banana and chocolate/banana mixture.

Bake 60-70 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack before slicing.
